ETHICAL CAREER TRANSITION
The In Wealth programme builds the capacity of women to become self-employed in the ethical/social business sector. It enables women:
- to be more confident and resilient. - to be more creative in times of economic uncertainty. - to gain in visibility as potential business owners. - Finally, it supports women's wish to contribute to positive social change.
The programme provides these women the opportunity to shadow other social enterprises, get new techniques and skills, meet successful mentors, and access a substantial network to (re-)launch their business.

We organise Awards that help women boost their confidence and become more visible.
The Women's Social Leadership Awards: Annual competition that acknowledges and promotes confirmed female social leaders.
The Make a Wave Award (currently in partnership with UnLtd) is an annual small thinking grant, to enable women to pilot ideas with a positive social impact.
